Just in case its relevant: I quite regularly type in posts and then click on something and later realise I dont know if the message actually got sent or not. Usually turns out when I next look at the Board that it didnt. So there is room for the technology being a pain as well as all the personal reasons we may have!
I've managed to loose the last message I typed- fingers crossed for this one!
