No, it's not the holidays Kev. I usually love christmas. I just can't get into any of it. I feel so sick. I'm the poster girl for dramamine.
I ate about 150 cals yesterday and I've as yet had nothing today. My heart rate has been a consistent 130 beats per minute when it should be around 70. I'm desperately leaning toward the big knives in the kitchen but trying hard not to go there.......(I'm a cutter not suicidal so don't worry about that) but I am getting seriously desperate. Plus, no reaction from the dh and that is really depressing. I wrote an email to him today about how awful I'm feeling. I got no answer. The I called and he didn't answer his phone.
He just now called to tell me he was going to be late b/c he's out with his buddies for a beer......
SOmetimes I feel like I'm going to have to do something BIG to get anyone's attention about the way I feel.....
