Just stopping going to bars (=smoke filled rooms) was as close as I got. I have had friends who have stopped and thought about it a lot. Seems like if I were to do that, I would have to have something to do with my hands. and my mouth. I watched my brother a lot, he was always busy picking up, putting down, lips, mouth, chewing breathing. I think I would have cinnamon sticks as something as a replacement and to entertain myself.
(not burn them, silly, just suck on them and put them in my mouth, and twirl them around...)
