Thankx for the response. I asked him about the gum and the patch.. but the doc doesn't want any nicotine in my system at all.
That's why hypnosis sounds so good to me. Even if it was for 4 months... it would get me thru the healing. Did you literally walk out of the hypno session not wanting a cigarette? I find that hard to phathom.... but love the idea. Thanks........
