Olivia Benson on Law & Order SVU - she is kinda a loaner type, though she gets along with everyone - good at her job, though takes it too seriously (though, I'm not having that problem as much as I use to - I use to be way too serious about my work - now I may be a little too lax). She has a messed up past (daughter of a rape - total different messed up past than mine, but still, messed up). Anyway - that is about as close as I can get. Too many of my favorite characters are too "super" in too many ways for me to consider them like me in any way - strong, confident, "perfect," just how I want to be.
