The insurance companies are working there butts off to deny service. Even the federal bc/bs which is supposed to have equal benefits are playing word games. My visits to the pdoc for medchecks and new scripts are being payed like I was going thru chemotherapy or was getting viagra.
One potential option is to inform that insurer that you are going to visit the media with copies of your claims. They hate tv and news reporters.
It's worked for me.
