Hi,
I'm glad you are doing better, and if anything will keep you grounded, studying physics should do the job. Actually if I'm not too dissociated, I used to pinch myself hard. Now, I move my toes and concentrate on my feet and that works- while driving, etc. If I'm too far gone, only SI works (and that is almost always at night). Take care, judy
