I have been so happy that you went to the hospital and are feeling better. I even talked about you in therapy!
I hope you have a good aftercare plan--follow up with pdoc, maybe therapy too?
Also, maybe there is some respite help available either formally or informally, to help you and your husband with the kids or housekeeping, to relieve some of the stress?
I have some ideas of how to look for help, if you'd like.
