That is a tough question. There have been real cases of repressd memories surfacing as dreams, but like Kaarina said, there have also been cases where people have misinterpreted dreams and gone down the road of creating memories that weren't real. I think you should only explore this under the care of a professional who is highly competent in evaluating these things.
