YAY!!
I know the feeling of victory when you can do soemthing that may seem insignificant to most people but is a major accomplishment when you are suffering so.
Don't overanalyze it. Just try to enjoy it. Considering it a little building block. Even if tomorrow is back to the self-neglecting reclusive pattern, the block will still be there, waiting for the next to be place on top of it, when ever that may be. It won't get UNDONE.
