Tina - I am having highs and lows now that I am antidepressant-free. I guess I am getting in touch with my feminine side (ha-ha). All-in-all, I can't complain. Besides, in a month I get to meet Greg, IN PERSON! That should be a riot. My wife bought me a trip to SF for Christmas (via saving Air Miles) and Greg has agreed to be our tour guide. (BTW Greg - Patti can't stop talking about the tour of the chocolate factory).
As for taking benzos regularily or as needed. If you are not having anxiety attacks all the time, using them as sleep aids and when the anxiety is bad (ie taking them only when needed) is probably the best way to go. You are doing it the right way.
