I'm glad you feel better!! I love Eeyore. Did you know he is being used in a program to teach children about depression?
Glad the hospital was a good or good enough experience for you. Was it a general hospital or a psych hospital? I think psych hospitals should be run like spas with decent healthy food and massage therapy and facials and yoga. I think there should be wise people to talk to and beautiful things to look at and music. I haven't found one like that yet!
You could have accused your estranged husband of dysphoric mania and had him committed too! Of course you'd probably rather be away from him! (I'm kidding).
What did they do that helped?

Thank goodness I got out in time for Halloween. I still have time tonight to bust ass and make my daughter's angel costume. My husband that I am seperated from showed his true colors while I was in the hospital. I'll have to say it truly amazed me that an adult man would throw a tantrum that he wasn't getting any attention. Brother! Grow up!
