Cass- hb is lost again. again?? always.
50yo in a few days. tryin to be gentle
to myself. been hanging at the lake. sailing,
feeding the ducks, watching the loons, herons,
and 2 eagles. fishing with an ancient man from
his row boat that he never rows far from
shore. the summer days are calm. i cry at night.
when i turned 40 i toured europe on
a motorcycle. for 50 i guess
all i get is my new tattoo. renewed my passport
tho, just in case.
be good to yourself.

ODD- no music? i'm sorry. if the R opened you
to it what about other substances? mj? maybe
relaxation or hypno? music can soothe, can evoke
emotions, can be a release. thanks for the light.

Love Of My Life

We go dancing in the moonlight
With the starlight in your eyes
We go dancing till the sunrise
You and me we're gonna dance,
dance, dance

sweet dreams
