You've posted about this before so I will just repeat myself as well. GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD!

Do volunteer work. Get involved with church. Do therapy.

You go to college so there are probably groups there.

Try joining a Toastmasters group for young people.

Seek and thee shall find.
