If you're over 18, medical confidentiality issues should not even allow your doc to discuss your medical specifics with your Mom unless you have given written consent. I'm not understanding how all this "interference" is going on.
I think this is a case of you needing to look into resources - college's health center, social services, whatever. That's my advice.
