AdaGrace (you've made me come out of my foxhole)

another term for john is trick

the only trick you are turning is with yourself, and it is a very destructive trick

the only person being skrewed is you,
by you

if the money being spent, stolen or otherwise gone is/was yours, an attorney and a therapist are better expenses than getting hammered, whether in the sexual or alcoholic context

it's very painful to watch you do yourself this way

because of what I do know of you, of your conscious efforts to wreak havoc in your life, i don't believe you are "an addictive personality"
i believe that in many cases, yours in particular, considering one's self an "addictive personality" is, in actuality, a personality seeking to divest themself of responsibility for their actions, anger, bitter and complex feelings, in order to avoid taking positive action in their life.

i believe you are running as hard and fast as you can
from yourself.

you can't get away from yourself
in fact, you are the only person you cannot get away from
no matter how fast or how far you go

i'd like you to stop running
stop wasting your time
stop wasting your money
STOP WASTING YOURSELF

please?

you can't undo your unpleasant past but,
you can do your future as pleasant as you'd like
if you commit to the goals you'd like to reach

jane
