I'm hanging my opinion on the same rack as your first line. Calling someone a boor is uncivil. Susan, as I see it, was commenting on university's post with her own impressions and attitude, and got spit on for it.

I *don't* think she was appreciating Susan's honesty. Just doesn't feel that way.

Not to me.

I do appreciate your diplomatic efforts, though. ;)

If it were me I'd save them for someone I felt was more deserving, like Susan, or me.
