You apparently didn't appreciate the preposition "in" in my post--and how it modifys "love."
I DO love my boyfriend very much--but am I IN love with him? I don't know. I don't think so. Maybe romantic love--being in love--is, after all, just a creation from the Middle Ages.
In any event, thanks for your analysis; it's clear that you have an excellent sense of what's going on in my life--and what I'm ready and not ready for. Thanks again! :)
