philosophy is alright. it is a very diverse subject. you can put 'philosophy of' in front of any subject you like...

what didn't you like about practicing?

i don't like playing musical instruments. i enjoy listening to music but... something about learning how to play it ruined the music for me. robotic sequence of fingering. emotionless. maybe because i was never good at playing anything.

i remember learning to play the guitar. i was excited to learn... then i couldn't strum it. i mean... most people just pick it up and strum it... i couldn't get the hang of strumming it in a way that didn't have it sound weirdly robotic to me...

i remember being really keen to play the theme song from LA law on the tenor sax (ahaha). and it sounded weirdly robotic, again. anyway...

i always though 'ew medsci' but after our histology lab... slides are beautiful. who would have thought that looking at a section of a rat intestine would be so pretty? so... i guess i am starting to see how looking at feces samples, or whatever, might start to grow on you. so to speak. ha.

i don't know that i'd like taking blood off people all day. i'd imagine it is quite similar to being a dentist. i mean... nobody is ever happy to see you - right?
