Yes he did and he bought cartons of cigarettes for the patients. This is the one who medicaire stormed his offices seized his files as he was bilking the insurance companies. Today he practices in a hole in the wall hospital in the middle of nowhere and has one practice was banned from the town I saw him in and another hospital and town as well. Phillipa
