> I have a list of things to do, but this past week I did nothing on the list. I volunteered and it was more tiring than I had anticipated. My pdoc asked me how many hours I volunteered and I said about 4 hours a day. I get there early to eat the free food and enjoy a concert though so it takes about 6 hours not including travel time. She said I should be able to do more in a day. She asked me what I did during the rest of the time. I told her I was usually sleeping.

Doesn't sound like you are letting her down, she just sounds concerned that she has you on too many meds... and if you need 12 hours a day thats a good indicator that you might be on too high a dose.
