Are you bringing a laptop with you? I'll bet there are lots of wi fi spots in SF. You can keep in touch with everyone. It hasn't been that long since Chicago, but I think we had to use the computers at a coffee place. (Or ice cream place?)
When do you leave? Is it this weekend or next? I lose all sense of time. I'm really disappointed not being able to go.
