In re-reading the posts of everyone including my own, I came to another conclusion, I am not sure my post was helpful Antigua, so you can just forget it.

I am not sure if your progress has put you in the stage of therapy where you are thrown back to a stage where you need you t and p-doc to be more there for you and they don't see that. Or if you are at a point where you can stand on your own just more shaky like a toddler learning to walk, abeit on very shaky legs but still able to stand on own and talk small steps.

Maybe you are there, small steps wise, but wanted to land for a temporary period in someone's lap just for a small time to be cuddle not literally but figuratively.

In any case, if you know the answers, you really need to let them know and the risk I mean will be the telling them and taking the chance of those answers you indicated in another post you thought you might not be ready for.

Good luck sweetie, i know this is tough.
