Happy Birthday! I'm sorry you're sad and sighing. I'm sorry your therapist had to cancel today and that she'll be out again week after next. I'm certainly in no position to advise on whether to go or not go see your therapist! I'm struggling with that one myself right now! But missing 3 weeks in a row.... you don't think it might be better to get next week's session in so there won't be as much of a gap between visits?
Well, again, Happy '40th' birthday! Mine is next month and I'll be 45. It didn't bother me turning 40; well, except for the fact that I still feel and act 12, but other than that, I'm fine with it.
