There are several things in this sequence of posts which are unclear to me. I'm not sure whether SSSS had named a particular poster or posters in some other thread, but I did not feel that any poster was being criticized or put down in this particular thread. Rather, she seemed to be in mounting distress over feelings from her past. She has shared with us that this is also taking place during her therapy hours, and that overall it is a very difficult time for her.
In view of this, I'm sorry to see that she got blocked. I think a block can feel very rejecting and judgmental when someone is so vulnerable. I would have much preferred to see her given unconditional support. If it was really necessary to ask her to modify any of her posts, I think it could have been done very carefully and gently- not even with a PBC, but with a respectful reminder.
