Hormones just make it all harder.
Sorry you in a bad place.
Its a good sign if you think you going crazy, cuz then you aren't. Hmmm thats what I tell myself anyways.
Have you had a good physical? Meds monitoring? etc?
Have you got too much on your plate?
Maybe you can post here and sort stuff out.
Mebbe get some ideas.
Hope you can feel better soon.
Try and take care of the physical body.
