I'm glad that you're looking into talking to another T, Lemonaide. That she's aware of the memory problem with your current T would be a humoungous red flag for me - he might be shedding clients left and right because of this issue. (And the holistic thing probably means that she's going to be looking at comprehensive care for her clients, not just therapy - this is something my own T does, and it's how I got back in to my yoga practice.)
