I love your name, and your T should have taken you out for lunch before he asked to change the day (I'm just kidding about that) and he shouldn't have brought his wife into the equation, it's none of your business. I mean, there's other ways of looking at it, and that's one of them; another way of looking at it would be to say that he should have just known where the boundaries are. Also, if he knows how you feel about him, then shame on him for bringing his wife anywhere near a conversation with you. Not yet, it was obviously too soon. Perhaps you are still in the stage of needing him to love you because you can't love yourself yet. Therapists, real ones, know this happens. Your therapist is playing a thrilling game of flirting with himself (Yes I said that), and using you as bait.
