Welcome! I'm glad you decided to post.
It is such a difficult thing to sort through, and the guidance is sometimes confusing. In fact, I think I best sorted out my feelings for my therapist by figuring out what they *weren't*. In Session was great. And this board was very helpful as well.
I look forward to hearing your story.
