Good luck with this Crushed. You sound strong and sure of yourself. I'm sad that things ended the way they did but you remained in control and said what you needed to say, which are some of the primary goals of therapy, right? I'm sure your therapist learned a great deal from you and this turn of events.
I'm glad you have other things to keep you busy. And I hope the stressful stuff simmers down soon.
