DBT manual for at-home study

Posted by LlurpsieNoodle on March 21, 2008, at 2:48:38

hi all,
the one therapy session I got in the hospital suggested that I engage in a course of self-directed DBT/CBT skills training. I am currently being seen by a T who is eclectic and is willing to work with me on skills, which would be good, since I feel like going over the trauma history is getting a bit repetitive.

any books to recommend?
