I called mine for just that reason recently. Usually sessions are Mondays at 5; Thursdays at 4. She slipped and wrote Monday at 4, so I called to see just which time she had me down for.
It's totally reasonable to want clarification. Otherwise how would you know when to show up for your appointment?
