psychological theory has gone too far??
maybe
a) you find yourself analyzing every interaction in review that you had within the day, and trying to analyze the defense mechanisms you have noticed in other people
b) you analyze your own defense mechanisms
c) you analyze your own defense mechanisms in reaction to the other persons defense mechanisms
d) a,b, and c
e) you start to analyze why you are being so analytical
