Yes, I do think it's unethical.
Personally, I think some of his noses look a bit done. The one woman in that presentation - her tip really is a bit pinched. I think it is understandable that she was unhappy with the result.
I laughed seeing the guy who Constantian asked to send photos, so the guy sent naked pics of himself! LOL!
