Amanda - sometimes it helps to track your thoughts with a journal - writing down times and dates and then also write down things that happen. I'm not saying you don't have some intuitive sense about things but retrospectively connecting things sometimes looks like a pattern where there really isn't any.

I believe we can enhance our intuition and gut-knowing if we work at it. So I think the opposite must also be true. If you don't want this ability, try to tune it out. Set your alarm for every half hour and hour so you don't have to look at the clock much, etc.

And if you trust your therapist, sharing your worries seems like a good thing to do. It sounds like a burden for you, so perhaps your therapist can help you figure out how to put it down or shift it so it is lighter.
