Muffled, honey, you've got far more choices than just those -- you could work at being a good enough mother, for instance. Or, you could nap on the sofa, rather than either sleeping or making hay...
All I know is this: you're a warm and supportive person, who shows great kindness and compassion. Whatever else you may be, those are the attributes of a good person.
It may, however, make you weird. It sometimes seems as though kindness and compassion are rare commodities these days.
