I agree 100% Happyflower. On both accounts, having parents like your stepdaughter and the fried in oil part. I think I might add my grandparents and all the rest that didn't try to get me and my sisters out of the situation we were in. You know my really good friend pointed out Friday after we went out to dinner that not only did I not have a stable loving homelife she said you also moved around so much. So it was not stable emotionally or physically but being stable as in stationary. I had not thought of that either. People always ask where are you from and I don't really know because they might say where is home? I really don't have any answer? I can tell them where I was born. I often do that but they never pick up on the difference which to me is huge. My father while he didn't do the abuse thing he did the I didn't want you to be born so I let your mother have her way. He even tells us now as adults I often felt sorry for you kids? Let is that suppose to make us feel better? What a wacko.

I am sorry about the lose of Baby Lia. It is so sad and tragedic that she would have had a loving home and didn't get to stick around to live the great life she would have had. I am sorry....rk
