thanks Li, they have been coming eveyday for the last 4 days now. It's a mixture of pdoc, T's and social workers so it's a bit daunting because it's a different team everytime and they are all throwing questions at you. So I bit the bullet and went back to see a T, just had my first session today. I hate starting with new T's. It's a pain in the *ss and to be truthful, I've tried 4 different ones over the years and none of them helped me. Such is life. I now feel over therapaized (yes I made it up) at the moment. And thankyou for your compassion. It's better having them come to you than being put in hospital
