I wish I knew, Llurpsie. And fwiw, I agree that sanity is a tenous thing. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly I can go from fine to the black pit.

I'm slowly crawling out of it right now (I think), but it's scary that it doesn't feel like I have any control over it. I am controlling the things I can control, though -- leaning on friends for support, making sure I exercise every day, no matter what, and coming up with plans for higher level support should I need it.

I'm thinking about you and hoping you can make your way out of the pit of insanity, too, Llurpsie. I know how lonely it is in there.
