I got a 40mins instead of 30 with my pdoc the other day. MOST not all, aussie pdoc are T's as well and don't write scripts and throw you out the door. They do loads of therapy and psychiatry together. I'm down to half hour sessions. That was a good bang for my buck. I think one of his patients had canceled so I went into extra time free of charge.
But I was getting the 50min hour just like everyone else before I went down to half hour sessions.
