We need break outs that include:
What not to wear (ever!)
Common interruptions during sessions and how to avoid them -- phones, pagers, snoring...
What to expect clients to get freaked out about:
vacations, moving offices, weekends, changing furniture, holidays, life changes for therapist - babies, marriages, illnesses, divorces, vacations, physical changes - eye color, hair color or cut, injuries, weekends...I'll volunteer my therapist to do a session called "phone calls and how not to blow them"
So - when is this and where do I sign up?
