I'm so sorry that happened. Keep going to Ts until you find that works for you. Then you can work on stability until you get to the EMDR work. Stability is the key to any treatment's success, except maybe biological treatments. I'm not sure why your dr. would suggest ECT unless you have had depression like this for many years that is not responding to medication. I always thought it was a treatment used for severe depression kind of as a last resort, but I could be wrong.
