my old T used to use certain terms that i can't remember and i need some help figuring them out.
he was describing the thoughts that i would have.

some thoughts felt like my own..coming from inside me.
others felt like they were not my own, coming from 'outside' me.
*******these weren't hallucinations, i wasn't hearing voices, but the thoughts felt scary, like they weren't coming from me. they felt foriegn...
there were two terms, one for the "inside thoughts' and one for the 'outside thoughts'.
does anyone know these terms????
