Thanks for your responses! I still haven't heard from her... I can't really leave a message unless I call after 5ish. If I call before then, someone will answer. Maybe I'll email her today, I just don't want to seem clingy or nagging.
To answer Honore's question, I don't see her again until school starts again in September, which is why she wanted to have the weekly phone-in over the summer.
This isn't the first time she's forgotten to email me, but it didn't really matter the other times, because I would see her later in the week anyway. I'm not mad at her, it's just annoying.
