Hi, Happyflower.
I am easily triggered by feeling that I'm being treated unfairly (which makes ya wonder why I'm a deputy, but that's another story). I do want to point out that the deputies are posters, too. I know that the reason I participate is primarily for support. For me, becoming a deputy didn't make my own issues go away. A bad day of depression and anxiety is all-encompassing. If I was accused of threatening someone in my deputy role when that wasn't what I had posted, I would be really upset. Personally, I think that the post about everybody being taken outside was meant to lighten the mood, rather than to make a threat to anyone. That's my take, anyhow.
I don't often talk about babble in therapy. Without printing all the posts for her to read, I don't believe that she can really comprehend what the babble "experience" is like for me; good and bad.
