i'm glad you are reaching out to Ginny. It truly is ok, she wouldn't have offered if it wasn't ok for her..

and it is ok to reach out for help....it doesn't have to be an emergency to call...I've called my T just to tell her that I needed to hear her voice for a second. It helps a lot...

I'm glad you are seeing Ginny soon...
