Hi Dinah,
You've got it, when I'm depressed my concentration goes right out the window. Even my T noticed it in therapy yesterday. Maybe she physically saw it go out her window, because I had to keep asking her, what, I'm sorry, like I wasn't paying attention, but I was.
You're right I have had a psychic shock, I'll try to hold onto that things will get better. Though right now...
