You probably know that by now!Anyhow this Robbins tooth man claims that his BIG WALKING ON COALS experiemnet shows how much 'inner power and faith' we can summon, to do anything!!!!!!!! Wow, great stuff Tony!
Um, physics gives us a very good explanation of this phenomena. It has nothing to do with your affective state.

- Ash and wood are very poor conducters of thermal energy (i.e. heat).
- surrounding air from coals has low heat capacity
- the dead skin cells in our soles are protective in a similiar way
