Hi Muffy - thanks for the invite. My therapist is back and I'm so glad. But I feel hugely sad tonight so can we just sit and watch the stars? I don't feel much like talking, but I'd like to not feel so alone.

Funny that you wrote this-- I've felt very little all day to day.
