**Well, I dunno. Mebbe you need to build up more of a 'relationship' connection with your T. So it feels less like you talking to some stranger on the street...?
Not all T's are a good fit. And even good fit T's can feel bad sometimes...
Your T should also have some sensitivity for the time, and not get into hard stuff too late in the session...
Best thing I have found is to be brutally honest when you can, and just flat out tell her how you feel bout it. You could take in this post. And when you talk about it, then that helps build the relationship w/your t.and that hopefully will make it seem less impersonal and trashy for you.
As your T gets to know you, she will proly get better at 'reading' your body language etc, and better know how to progress at times...
And when to back off....
Hope all goes well w/you. I think its wonderful that you are able to talk, I a non-talker, I must be awfully annoying at times...
